Garth Ennis's Cult Classic Comic Book, 'Preacher' Is Coming to AMC - Watch the Tralier



Preacher  is a live action comic based series made for AMC Network.  The supernatural comic is the creation of Garth Ennis, who is also the author of Punisher.

Jesse Custer is the main character, and he is a religiously conflicted preacher living in a small Texas town. It is inhabited by a mysterious entity that allows him supernatural powers that appear to have divine origins. Together with his ex-girlfriend, Tulip, and an Irish vampire named Cassidy, Jesse embarks on a journey to  find God. Preacher  is scheduled to debut on AMC  in mid-2016.
In the DC Database of comic characters, Jesse Custer is possessed by a powerful entity called "Genesis". He also has access to the word of God, which he can use to physically force people to do whatever he wants them to do through the power of God.

Justice League vs. Teen Titans

In this film Robin joins the Teen Titans after his explosive behavior botches a Justice League mission. He and and rest of the Teen Titans must prepare to face Trigon after he possesses the League and threatens to conquer the world.

This animated film from DC Comics animation just came available on Tuesday, and is a direct-to-video animated superhero film, and is directed by Sam Liu.  The screenplay was written by Alan Burnett and Bryan Q. Miller.

Voice actors include Jon Bernthal (The Walking Dead), Rosario Dawson, Taissa Farmiga & Jason O'Mara.



The second DC recommended film is  Batman: Bad Blood.

Once again, Batman's son, Damian is featured is a DC animated film. However, in this one Batman's son, Damian, who has taken the personas of Robin had discovered that his father has disappeared and that Nightwing has disguised himself as Batman to hide the fact that Bats is missing. Aided by Alfred goes the trio goes uncover to find Batman. Soon they become involved with the mysterious Batwoman. She may be the last person to see Batman alive. In order to find him the group decides to act as one, act as a family. After gathering clues they realize that Batman has for reasons unknown turned to the darkside,  and that he had become Gotham City most deadest crime boss.

Batman: Bad Blood is another 2016 direct-to-video animated superhero film, which is part of the DC Universe Animated Original Movies.It was released on DVD on February 2, 2016.

DC Comics Spin-off Series Legends of Tomorrow's series premiere Thursday January 21 on The CW!



Also premiering this coming week is the DC Comics spin-off series "Legends of Tomorrow" which starts Thursday, January 21 on The CW at 8PM.



Last fall on the Arrow/Flash crossover we were introduced to a group would be of misfit superheroes. A few of the crime fighters are reluctant to see themselves as heroes. Yet as a team, they are in total agreement that they must  foil the plans of any and all evil doers who wants to destroy their city and corrupt the natural time line.

According to Wikipedia,  Rip Hunter travels back in time to the present day where he brings together a team of heroes and villains in an attempt to prevent Vandal Savage from destroying the world and time itself.
