On Sunday, November 27, the 2016 HALO Awards will air on Nickelodeon to honor four incredible young people who are really making a difference in the world These young people are Grace Callwood, 12, of Abingdon, Maryland, Jonas Corona, 13, of Long Beach, California, Lillian Pravda, 16, of New York, New York, and Chris Suggs, 16, of Kingston, North Carolina.

Nick Cannon is the host, some of performers set to appear on stage include Alessia Cara, Daya, Hailee Steinfeld, Zedd, Jake Miller, JoJo Siwa and Jacob Whitesides.
